ADVENTURE FOOD – 3 Meal Pack – VEGETARIAN TRIO

Description

A set of 3 vegetarian favourites from the Advenure Food range of hearty and delicious meals.  These will really keep you going; nutritious to deliver plenty of energy, tasty to give you something to look forward to!

Lightweight dried food with a long shelf life.  Just add boiling water and a enjoy a delicious dish in minutes.  Perfect for backpacking; this meal is quick and easy to make and won’t take up much room in your backpack!

Preparation:

1. Open pouch at tear notch. Unfold bottom.  Remove “oxygen absorber”.

2. Add hot water up to line 9 (=0.370 Litre).

3. Stir well.

4. Close Zipper.

5. Allow to stand for 8 minutes.

6. Stir again.

7.  Eat out of the pouch

Pasta cheese with Mushroom:  Vegetarian pasta dish with mushroom, leek, bell pepper and onion in a creamy Emmentale cheese sauce.
