Mid-way on any adventure, you’ll want comfort food to provide sustained energy and motivation to reach the summit or next campsite. Highly recommended for Antarctica, the Skeleton Coast of Namibia or the Yorkshire Dales. Just add hot water and let sit for five minutes. Life could not get better.

INGREDIENTS: Long Grain Rice (31.5%), Yoghurt (Milk), Single Cream (Milk), Rapeseed Oil, Diced Onion, Sliced Mushroom, Diced Beef (7%), Stroganoff Paste (4.6%) (Onion Puree, Paprika, Water, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Parsley, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Black Pepper, Lemon Zest, Tarragon), Cornflour, Salt, Parsley, Pepper.

ALLERGEN INFORMATION: Milk

PREPARATION: REMOVE THE OXYGEN ABSORBER (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate.  Note: Cold water will suffice, however the re-hydration time is longer.

The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. DO NOT EAT.
