SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE
The ultimate comfort food — Spaghetti Bolognese. Wheat spaghetti topped with a sauce rich in tomatoes, garlic, onions and minced beef infused with an Italian herb mix of oregano, summer savoury, basil, thyme, rosemary and marjoram. This combination produces a delightful hot pasta dish tangled with beautifully rich and smooth bolognese sauce exploding with flavour. Don’t leave home without this meal whether you are headed to Wales or the Amazon Jungle, this meal will keep you happy. Just add hot water, stir and wait five minutes.

CHILLI CON CARNE WITH RICE
Much loved Chilli con Carne, also known as “chilli with meat”, is a spicy stew containing rice, chilli peppers, minced beef, tomatoes and red kidney beans. The dish is known to have originated in Mexico or southern Texas. A great dish for a hearty adventurer anywhere in the world.

CHICKEN TIKKA WITH RICE
