PORRIDGE WIYH STRAWBERRIES
Oats which were introduced to Scotland in about 600 AD, is a porridge commonly eaten for breakfast around the world. Porridge is also used in many cultures as a snack and is often eaten by athletes to fuel their performance in a variety of sports. Our Porridge with Strawberries has been cooked with oats, whole milk, cream and strawberries with some added sugar to make for the perfect breakfast. One of the most popular Expedition Foods meals, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better porridge. Just add hot water, stir and wait five minutes. Enjoy anywhere in the world.

COUSCOUS WITH CAJUN SPICES AND VEGETABLES
Couscous with Cajun Spices and Vegetables is a vegan dream dish — with couscous made from crushed steamed wheat, this North African dish combines traditional couscous, vegetables consisting of chopped tomatoes, red kidney beans, lentils, onions, sweetcorn and bell peppers with old-fashioned Louisiana cajun spices of paprika, basil, fennel, salt, garlic onion, black pepper and chilli powder. A relatively spicy dish that vegans and non-vegans love.

This easy mediterranean pasta recipe is packed with veggies including green beans, bell peppers, lentils, sweetcorn, black olives and onions. These veggies combine with wheat pasta shells and mixed herbs of oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary and others to make the perfect meal for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
